Before we could even begin to panic, Kelly’s had managed to source a new boiler … plus book a next-day installation! These are my guys going forward!! I called Kelly’s Heating one summer for a quote to replace our air conditioner. Joe Kelly said I only needed it serviced, despite two other places saying I needed it replaced – and our air conditioner worked perfectly all summer. Next we called in the fall for a furnace quote and no surprise, they were very reasonable. The job was as quoted; everything was done to my expectations. Honest, fair prices, good work!

Great customer service and HONEST!! Neil Kelly was the first person we spoke to and he actually tried to trouble-shoot with me over the phone – trying to save us money by avoiding a service call! Next, a technician came out at 8pm at night and we learned the unit had to be replaced. I found Kelly’s to be honest, reliable and reasonably priced for the excellent customer service I received. I will never use another company again!
New Attic A/C In Old House - Lawrence Park
Within weeks of moving into our new house we discovered our a/c did not work, and of course it was in the midst of a heat wave. Given the cost involved we got 3 quotes, including one from the company rated highest on Home Stars, J Kellys – who were local, knew the homes in our area, and were expert in attic a/c units.
We went with Joe hands down. The other companies sent their sales person instead of the person doing the work; the difference in the estimates was astounding. Joe spoke in plain language, offered great advice, and in the end got it installed in half the time, getting it done just before another heat wave.
